Toastmasters 28 March 2014

Toastmasters is an amazing organization. It's helped millions of people worldwide improve their speaking skills, and in so doing also improve their confidence, self-image and mental strength. There are thousands of Toastmasters clubs in the world so no matter where you live there will undoubtedly be one near you. Almost all clubs welcome guests, which means you can visit different clubs for a few meetings without any obligation before deciding whether or not you want to join one of them.

I was a member of Two Oceans Toastmasters (a club in Cape Town, South Africa) for over 12 years ; there are many other clubs in Cape Town and the rest of South Africa. For more information, check out the links below :

  - Toastmasters International (based in California, USA)
  - Toastmasters Southern Africa (District 74, Southern Africa)
  - Two Oceans Toastmasters (Club 8185 in Fish Hoek, South Africa)
